We seek craft-minded, innovation-oriented, entrepreneurial souls to reinforce our Operations team. You will take charge of one of the most critical teams in Superside—Staffing and Capacity Planning.

This role demands a strategic vision to drive operational excellence, working with Senior Leadership to ensure that Staffing enhances the customer experience and scales alongside our rapid growth. This role will involve transforming opportunity areas into operational innovations to ensure we deliver the best creative work and customer experiences.


You’ll optimize staff operations to support customers, internal users, and Superside's overall success, ensuring we align staffing and capacity with business drivers. This role requires someone who is energized by solving complex staffing processes and situations using quantitative data and qualitative human-centered design. You need to be passionate about improving our core services and team efficiency, helping us deliver high-quality results that reflect our values of speed, precision, and creative excellence. This is a high-stakes role with the opportunity to immensely impact our people, customers, and business.


What you’ll do

  • Design and implement a forward-looking staffing strategy that aligns with business growth targets and drives efficiency.
  • Optimize staff operations to support customer retention, satisfaction, and creative excellence
  • Leverage data analytics to make strategic staffing and resource allocation decisions
  • Automate staffing processes, reducing manual work and embedding solutions into internal tools
  • Identify and track capacity KPIs to improve workforce planning and project success rates
  • Apply human-centered design principles to improve the staff experience and creative workflow
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
  • Ensure scalability by building smart, long-term staffing solutions without adding unnecessary complexity

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven senior leadership experience in staffing and resource operations management within a dynamic creative environment, ideally at a director level or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience implementing and optimizing resourcing operations systems
  • Advanced data analytics skills (Excel, Google Sheets) and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at the senior leadership level
  • Process-oriented mindset, with a bias for action and strong execution capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to simplify complexity and drive meaningful solutions
  • A builder mentality, with experience designing and implementing scalable staffing systems
  • Experience balancing speed and quality—able to move fast without sacrificing operational excellence
  • People management experience is a plus, but a strong leadership mindset is essential.
