As Head of Sales Coordination, APAC, you will contribute to the business strategy of L-Acoustics by supporting sales efforts, guiding order flow operations, ensuring customer success and satisfaction and lead project and change management.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & BD, APAC you will lead and provide oversight to a team of 2 sales coordinators in charge of business subsidiaries based in APAC areas.

Lead the order fullfilment process

Manage daily activities of the APAC Sales Coordination Team in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure the team is highly effective, responsive, professional, and customer centric.

Work closely with the sales management to align on business strategies.

Ensure sales order accuracy and proper flow.

Monitor sales, customer account and export administration processes.

Make sure sales efforts and pricing are executed effectively, efficiently and according to strategy and business plan.

Provide analytical support to Sales Team

Generate and analyse reports along with providing ad-hoc support to the sales team and partners as needed.

Analyse sales activities and monthly performance to align with Divisional goals.

Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within APAC territories.

Oversee workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support the Sales department.

Responsible for the reliability, quality, and accessibility of information.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key players

Act as a key ambassador of the brand.

Lead and grow the Sales Coordination team to deliver best in class support service. Support the Sales Managers in the development of key/new partnerships.

Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistent sales experience, customer service and satisfaction.

Project Management and change management

Participate in the management of sales projects.

Ensure the functional framing of the Projects with the sales teams to identify the major issues and the main risks of deviations.

Provide methodological support and training.

Guarantee the performance of deliverable projects (quality, budget, deadlines) in compliance with specifications.

Build and deploy process performance management tools (KPI, process, visual management, animation),

Participate in the sharing, capitalization and sustainability of knowledge / know-how.

Position yourself as a privileged interlocutor for the teams responsible for the deployment of Projects,

Contribute to the change process related to projects.

Define performance indicators for business processes and monitor performance.

Facilitate continuous improvement between sales, customer service and manufacturing

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sales teams to develop and execute our outbound strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and goals.Act as liaison to ensure proper process to meet customer needs.
