The Head of Product will develop and implement product strategies, oversee the product portfolio, lead product development, manage a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, engage stakeholders, and monitor product performance metrics.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies in line with company vision and market trends.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap planning and execution.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing multiple products or a portfolio.
- B2C Expertise: Proven experience managing and launching successful B2C products.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience working with SQL and running A/B experiments.
- Agile Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
