Description

  • Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing multiple products or a portfolio.
  • B2C Expertise: Proven experience managing and launching successful B2C products.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience working with SQL and running A/B experiments.
  • Agile Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Location: Ideally residing in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of [relevant industry or sector], including current trends and technologies.
  • Start-Up Experience: Experience scaling product teams in start-up or high-growth environments.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes and tools related to APIs, CI/CD and scalability. 
  • Language skills: Russian fluency
