Get to Know the Role

You will lead our product initiatives, collaborating with Engineering and Business stakeholders to create a user-centric vision. Your responsibilities will include translating strategies into measurable success indicators, using data to define problem statements, and guiding teams towards impactful roadmaps.

Your leadership will help build a team that aligns with our Grab's cultural values and commitment to user-centric impact. You will report directly to the Head of Product, Platforms and this is a hybrid role based in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will collaborate with Engineering and Business teams to create a user-centred vision.
  • You will communicate and advocate your strategic direction across the organisation, gaining support from multiple stakeholders.
  • You will translate strategy into clear and applicable success metrics to guide team execution.
  • You will define clear problem statements based on real data and opportunity sizing.
  • You will coach teams to derive roadmaps with ROI aligned with problem-solving.
  • You will hire and coach performers in line with Grab's cultural values and impact on users.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Team Leadership: Experience leading product teams focused on platforms, shared services, or B2B products. Experience managing multiple teams across several domains.
  • Strategic Communication: Proven ability to collaborate with Business and Engineering stakeholders, translating complex issues into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, data streams, and large language models.
  • Problem Solving: Accomplished in defining problem statements using data points and opportunity sizing.
  • Experience: Over 10 years in technology and technology platforms.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Identity and Access Management platforms, KYC/AML, and other compliance best practices.
