The challenge

The Head of Partnerships - JAPAC is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through Adobe's partner ecosystem. This position oversees the development and execution of partner sales strategies, fosters strong alliances with technology and service partners, and ensures alignment with Adobe's regional and global go-to-market objectives. The role requires collaboration across multiple business units and regions to deliver integrated solutions and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner sales strategies aligned with Adobe's regional markets and global objectives.
  • Develop implementation, run and operate services practices within our partner community in line with local market requirements
  • Drive joint demand generation programs and revenue through co-selling motions and partner-led deals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Lead regional partner strategy and execution, ensuring compliance with global partner programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Consulting Delivery, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Represent Adobe in external partner communities and industry forums.
  • Establish rigorous sales discipline and forecast accuracy within the partner sales organization.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing partner sales team to achieve growth targets.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partner ecosystems in a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and digital experience solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios and complex partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term partner sales strategies.
  • A deep understanding of regional market dynamics and revenue drivers across the JAPAC region.
  • Expertise in building and sustaining strategic alliances.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
  • A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
