Who We Are

Museum of Ice Cream is an inclusive & immersive brand, designed to captivate your sweetest fantasy and sugar-filled daydreams online and IRL. At Museum of Ice Cream, we invite you to believe in the magic of creativity, to remind you that inclusive spaces do exist, and to show you that childlike wonder is worth savoring. In our world, ice cream is the agent of change and the vehicle to ignite the creative spirit that lives in all of us.

Fueled by the power of imagination, MOIC is a universe of possibilities with tons of room for you to explore.

About The Role

Museum of Ice Cream is looking for a Head of Marketing, Sales & Partnerships to lead Singapore’s commercial growth engine. This role owns the local strategy across brand marketing, consumer acquisition, content, social, sales, strategic partnerships, PR, influencer marketing and market development, turning cultural relevance into measurable visitation, ticket revenue and repeat demand.

You will lead the Singapore marketing and sales team, including the local Sales Manager and Content Manager, while working closely with MOIC's Social Media Manager and directing specialist agency partners across paid digital, PR and Xiaohongshu. You will set clear commercial KPIs, build a high-performing operating rhythm and connect every channel to one shared goal: keeping MOIC top of mind and converting attention into attendance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks in audiences, experiences and revenue rather than isolated channels. You balance commercial discipline with creative thinking, move quickly from strategy to execution and use data to sharpen decisions. You’re equally comfortable leading a team, challenging partners and agencies, and working cross-functionally to keep MOIC relevant and growing in Singapore. Experience within Singapore’s tourism, attractions or broader consumer landscape will help you turn attention into sustained demand across the full pre-arrival, arrival and post-arrival journey.

Your Day To Day

  1. Commercial Leadership & Team Management: Lead Singapore’s marketing and sales function, setting priorities, operating rhythms and KPIs across marketing, content, social, sales and partnerships. Coach the local Sales Manager and Content Manager to deliver against visitation, revenue and audience-growth goals.
  2. Integrated Marketing & Consumer Growth: Own the end-to-end consumer strategy across pre-arrival discovery, in-market consideration and conversion, and post-visit advocacy and repeat visitation. Build coordinated plans across paid, owned, earned, partner and on-site channels to grow visitation and ticket revenue.
  3. Sales, Partnerships & Revenue Growth: Own sales KPIs and pipeline performance across corporate events, private bookings, groups and other B2B opportunities. Build strategic partnerships with brands, tourism stakeholders, hospitality partners, attractions and distribution platforms that expand reach and generate measurable incremental revenue and ticket sales.
  4. Content, Social & Audience Development: Lead MOIC Singapore’s always-on content and organic social strategy, including Xiaohongshu and Chinese-audience growth. Partner with the Content Manager, Social Media Manager and external agencies to grow followers, reach, engagement and cultural relevance while building a strong pipeline of platform-native creative.
  5. Paid Media, PR & Demand Generation: Manage paid digital, PR, influencer and KOL agency partners across Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and earned media. Set budgets, performance targets and testing priorities, using ROAS, CPA, conversion, earned reach and creative performance to continuously improve demand generation.
  6. Programming, Performance & Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Operations and global/regional stakeholders to develop seasonal programming, activations and experience refreshes that drive repeat visitation. Own the Singapore commercial scorecard, budget allocation and performance reviews, translating data into action and aligning teams, agencies and partners around shared brand and revenue objectives.

What Success Looks Like

  1. Visitation and ticket revenue grow against agreed Singapore targets, with marketing investment clearly connected to conversion and revenue.
  2. The local sales pipeline grows in value and quality, with stronger conversion across events, groups, corporate bookings and private experiences.
  3. Strategic partnerships produce trackable incremental ticket sales, new audience access and meaningful brand visibility.
  4. Paid media improves efficiently across ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and creative performance, supported by a consistent content testing pipeline.
  5. Organic social channels grow followers, reach, engagement and share of attention, keeping MOIC top of mind beyond campaign bursts.
  6. PR, influencer and Xiaohongshu activity expands MOIC’s earned reach and strengthens demand among local, regional and inbound tourism audiences.
  7. Programming and partnership activations create clear reasons to revisit, supporting repeat visitation and year-round cultural relevance.
