About The Role

Head, Marketing & Communications, Singapore

Role Purpose

The Head of Marketing & Communications, Singapore leads the development and delivery of marketing and communications for the Singapore business, ensuring strong alignment with the Asia-Pacific marketing framework while responding to the specific needs of the Singapore market.

The role acts as the primary marketing partner to service line leaders, translating commercial priorities into clear client narratives, integrated campaigns, and engagement programmes.

Operating within a regional matrix structure, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, orchestrating marketing activity locally while leveraging shared regional capabilities in brand, communications, and marketing enablement. The position plays a key role in driving business growth, strengthening brand visibility, and enhancing client engagement in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy, Branding & Planning

  • Support the development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies aligned to business objectives and priorities.
  • Translate commercial and service line priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Owns brand and communications standards in-market, ensuring Knight Frank's voice, tone, and visual identity are applied consistently.
  • Contribute to annual marketing planning, prioritisation, and budget processes.

People & Processes

  • Provide leadership and direction for the Marketing & Communications function in Singapore.
  • Establish clear processes and ways of working to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all marketing and communications activity.
  • Coach, develop, and support team members to build capability and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, partnership-led culture with senior management, service lines, and Asia-Pacific stakeholders.

Integrated Campaigns & Client Engagement

  • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix, including digital marketing, SEO, social media, content, and events.
  • Develop client messaging frameworks and campaign assets aligned to service line positioning.
  • Use CRM insights, segmentation, and analytics to deliver targeted campaigns that improve engagement and ROI.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • In partnership with Research and service line leaders, strategise content planning and governance across the business.
  • Translates complex market insight into clear, client-focused stories for Singapore audiences.
  • Curate and commission content to support client communications, broker-led engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Oversee digital channels including website, intranet, EDMs, and social media, ensuring content remains relevant, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Drive content development across digital, print, and video to strengthen brand perception and thought leadership.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Lead all local internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with Asia-Pacific communications strategy and protocols.
  • Oversee media relations, press activity, and issues management in collaboration with the APAC team.
  • Develop and maintain public relations and communications guidelines for the business and key spokespeople.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and evaluate marketing performance and ROI using agreed metrics and industry benchmarks.
  • Use data and insights to inform optimisation, re-marketing, and continuous improvement.

Experience & Capability Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or communications, ideally within a regional or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong campaign leadership, execution, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Data-literate, with hands-on experience using CRM, CMS, and performance dashboards.
  • Comfortable balancing global frameworks with local market nuance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and people leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software systems (e.g. EDM system, online publishing tools).
