About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Global Trading Product to lead the expansion and competitiveness of OKX’s trading business across regulated markets, including the US, EEA, UAE, Australia, Singapore, etc., which is one of the top priorities of the OKGroup.
This role owns how existing global trading capabilities are understood, productized, adapted, and scaled into local regulated markets, and how market-specific competitive advantage is built on top of those capabilities.
This role owns how OKX turns global trading capabilities into market-winning, compliant trading businesses across regulated markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Global Trading Capability Deployment & Market Enablement
Deeply understand of OKX’s global trading systems and own the productization, adaptation, and rollout into regulated markets. Partner closely with core trading team to translate platform-level trading capabilities (Spot, Derivatives, Equities, RWA, etc.) into market-ready products, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements, market structure constraints, and user needs.

  1. Building Market-Specific Trading Competitiveness
Be accountable for building the trading competitiveness of each regulated market, including liquidity construction, fee and incentive strategy. Turn industry and user learnings into actionable trading product strategy and roadmap and work closely with liquidity providers, institutional clients, and internal teams, to ensure that execution quality and market depth are best-in-class relative to local competitors.

  1. Goal Ownership, Delivery, and Team Leadership
Translate onshore exchange business objectives into clear roadmaps, and success metrics, and lead the trading product organization to deliver high-impact outcomes. Build, develop, and retain a high-performing trading product team, serving as a role model for product excellence and long-term ownership.

What We Look For In You:

  1. Deep Trading Systems & Risk Expertise
Strong system-level understanding of exchange trading infrastructure, including account and margin models, order lifecycle, liquidation and clearing logic, and real-time risk controls.

  1. Strong Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Highly results-oriented with excellent program management and cross-functional leadership skills. Proven ability to drive alignment and execution without formal authority, influencing senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Business teams.

  1. Solid Trader & Market Perspective
Deep understanding of trading behavior, strategies, liquidity dynamics, including active vs. passive flow, fee/incentive design, and so on. Ability to reason about trading products from a market microstructure and execution-quality perspective, not just UX or feature delivery.

  1. Rapid Learning & Market Insight
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new markets, regulatory frameworks, and user structures, forming clear judgments in ambiguous and fast-changing environments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insights into scalable product and system solutions.

Perks & Benefits

  • L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
