Lead the Visualization Team’s transition to the future-state model—maintaining strong delivery across the existing service portfolio while building scalable standards, governance, and enablement. What You'll Bring:
Key responsibilities
- 10+ years of overall experience, lead delivery across the current portfolio: presentation enhancements, graphic design assets, video storytelling, Power BI dashboards, and training/workshops.
- Establish a TU-standard Executive Deck Format (templates, patterns, examples) and define lightweight governance for exceptions.
- Establish the Visualization Team as the center of excellence for executive-ready storytelling, improving speed and consistency of enterprise communications.
- Improve operational performance through transparent metrics (turnaround, days open, quality/rework) and a continuous improvement cadence.
- Implement standardization at scale by creating reusable assets and repeatable patterns for the highest-visibility forums.
- Expand training into a broader enablement + self-service program, pairing learning with tooling so teams can complete Level 1–2 work independently.
- Productize data storytelling: establish consistent KPI definitions, reusable dashboard shells, and appropriate governance for recurring dashboards.
- Own the intake and prioritization governance model: service catalog, SLAs, prioritization logic, and escalation paths tied to executive deadlines.
- Improve operational performance through transparent metrics (turnaround, days open, quality/rework) and a continuous improvement cadence.
- Operate with a metrics-driven cadence: publish monthly/quarterly operational reporting on volume, turnaround time, and quality/rework; use insights to manage capacity and expectations.
- Clarify and manage a tooling roadmap (design, video, Power BI, and automation/AI) to support scalability and appropriate controls.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align outputs to key enterprise rhythms (executive meetings and governance forums).
Impact You'll Make:
- Lead the build and management of high‑performing teams that deliver executive‑ready storytelling (presentations, visuals, and narrative) for senior stakeholder groups.
- Drive standardization at scale by developing templates, patterns, and reusable assets for high‑visibility forums.
- Design and run rigorous operational processes, including intake, SLAs, prioritization, and escalation, aligned to executive deadlines.
- Lead enablement through training and workshops, and scale self‑service approaches to enable teams to produce basic‑level presentations independently.
- Use performance and quality metrics (e.g., turnaround time, days open, QC errors, rework) to manage capacity and continuously improve outcomes.
