Are you ready to be the regional lead in cybersecurity for one of the world’s most innovative technology companies? KONE is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity for the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APM) region. As a Cybersecurity Area Leader, you will serve as the central cybersecurity lead for the KONE APM, while also contributing to global cybersecurity efforts. You will ensure that customer expectations are met, global cybersecurity strategies are effectively localized and executed, and a strong culture of cybersecurity resilience and awareness is championed across all business units in your area.

What You’ll Do
Drive regional cybersecurity execution, balancing global strategy with local business needs and regulatory requirements.
Lead the implementation of awareness and competence programmes, building a proactive security culture from management to field technicians.
Collaborate across business units, IT, product teams, and with external partners to mitigate risks and embed cybersecurity into every aspect of operations.
Stay ahead of emerging threats, AI, IoT, cloud and ensure KONE’s digital transformation is secure and resilient.
What You Bring
Proven leadership in cybersecurity programmes, risk management, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, and regional standards).
Strategic and operational mindset, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience in multicultural, multi-regional environments.
Relevant degree and certifications (CISSP, CISM, GSLC, or equivalent preferred).
Customer-facing experience is a plus.
