As a Chief Information and Cybersecurity Risk Officer (CISRO), you'd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we are facing, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high-quality products for our customers.
Job Description
Directly reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this role is accountable for developing and strengthening the bank’s controls for Technology and Information and Cyber Security (ICS) risk. The successful candidate takes on Second-line responsibility and works with First-line to manage the control environment to protect the Bank and its assets from Technology and ICS risks. Keeping abreast of market trends and regulatory requirements, the successful candidate will be the change agent to continuously manage and improve the Technology and ICS Risk identification, analysis, management and framework for the bank.
The Role Responsibility:
- Lead and and direct the design of the Bank’s second line of defense in managing Technology and ICS risk, encompassing the areas of strategy, governance, business engagement, policy, risk assessment, awareness and operational resilience.
- Act as primary coordinator during significant information security events. Lead security incident investigations and ensure security risks are identified and managed.
- Represent the Bank on internal and external relevant risk committees
- Establish assessment processes for: 1) new products and services; and 2) the continuous monitoring of existing platforms and infrastructure
- Understand regulatory (MAS) requirements for Technology and ICS and in partnership with the Head of Compliance, manage privacy and regulatory risk related to Technology and ICS risk
- Promote a healthy culture of risk compliance across the bank including aspects such as ensuring business conduct within the letter and spirit of regulatory requirements, and encouraging a culture of exceptional judgement

Our Ideal Candidate:
- 15 years’ aggregate industry experience in both ICS and Technology Risk mandatory
- Experience of technology regulation (preferably MAS) mandatory
- Educational background in relevant technical areas including but not limited to computer science, information security, technology architecture etc.
- Experience in the following areas important: information security, cyber security, technology risk management, privacy, and cloud technology
- Experience in the following areas desirable: automation, network and application security, data loss prevention, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and data encryption
- Influencing skills and ability to manage relationships with senior management
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment
- Possess required industry accepted certifications and courses in cyber and information security
