YOUR CHALLENGE
We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join our team as the Head of Balance Sheet Product Management - Asia. In this key strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of our balance sheet products across the Asia region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, increase profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for balance sheet products (deposits, loans and mortgages) across Asia, aligning with the bank's overall objectives

Lead the design, development and roll out (incl. communication) of balance sheet products and services to meet client and market demands

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies and the offering as necessary

Monitor and steer the financial performance of balance sheet products by defining and optimizing pricing standards

Identify growth opportunities and run sales initiatives (e.g., campaigns, trainings) in collaboration with various stakeholders

Act as the single point of contact for product, pricing, process, and change requests

Ensure all products comply with local and international regulatory requirements, working closely with compliance and legal teams

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including treasury, risk, finance, and Front sales teams, to ensure alignment and successful product implementation
YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in balance sheet management, product development, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry

In-depth knowledge of banking products, particularly deposits, loans, and liquidity management

Proven track record of developing and managing successful product strategies within the financial sector

Strong understanding of regulatory environments across Asia

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
