Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, FinTech PMO to serve as a senior leader in the Osprey Program, responsible for driving global finance technology strategy, orchestration, and execution for the separation of NewCo and RemainCo. This role provides enterprise-level leadership, overseeing global design, delivery, governance, and risk management to ensure both organizations have the technology, processes, and operational capabilities needed for Day 1 readiness and long term independence. The role can work out of various J&J corporate locations including New Brunswick North America, Manila, Bangalore, Prague, Singapore, and Bogotá.
This will be a 18 to 24 month duration role supporting the Osprey program.

Position Overview
This position requires a highly strategic, influential leader with deep expertise in finance transformation, ERP and boundary systems, separation programs, and operating model design. The Director will act as a key advisor to program leadership and senior executives, shaping decisions that directly impact business continuity across the full finance ecosystem.
The Director, FinTech PMO serves as the strategic leader for the Finance Technology workstream within Osprey, accountable for aligning global and regional stakeholders, overseeing program integration, and ensuring end to end readiness across all GS Finance processes. This role leads the global PMO approach, defines governance models, influences solution direction, and ensures delivery across a highly matrixed environment that includes FS&T, GS Finance, JJT, and external partners.

Our strong knowledge of our customers’ financial processes, understanding of their requirements, controls, and business drivers, and a continuous-improvement mindset allow us to deliver consistently high-quality operational results worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with workstream leads cross regional, cross functional and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of design and deployment activities.
- Manage team interdependencies to ensure confirm deliverables are best positioned for completion, avoiding duplication of efforts and disconnected processes / steps driving efficient partnership and synergy amongst all key members of the team
- Drive project management rigor (e.g., overarching project plan and management)
- Manage program reporting (e.g., status reporting, RAID Log)
- Manage across workstreams/enablers
- Organize and facilitate project meetings (e.g. Weekly Core Team, Design Sessions, Toll Gates)
- Create visibility at program and Leadership levels
- Proactively prepare team for upcoming program deliverables
- Support the engagement & coordination of org enablement activities
- Support the Deployment team, Global and regional squads
- Drive and Oversight of project plan execution and escalate where needed
- Partner with Deployment Leads and cross functional partners to identify and manage potential risks and mitigations
- Manage interdependencies outside of the team
- The role partners extensively across a heavily matrixed project team with internal and external resources at global, regional and country levels. Manages interdependencies, governance, and interaction models.
- This role acts as liaison to assigned functions with responsibility of ensuring clarity of roles, processes across function and program teams and orchestrating functional sub-teams to achieve key program deliverables and support deployment of the Phases of the Program: (Design, Build, Test, cutover phases).
- This role provides guidance to internal and external project resources on program processes, target interaction models, and program and PMO standards and drives communication between workstreams/functions and the program team.
Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Transformation, or Technology
- At least 8+ years leading large-scale, global transformation programs
- Significant experience with ERP/finance platforms, ideally including separation, carve out, or M&A integrations
- Proven leadership working across complex global matrix organizations
- Demonstrated capability to influence Director/VP/C Suite stakeholders
- Strong track record of leading multi disciplinary teams and external partners

- Deep expertise in finance processes, ERP ecosystems, and finance technology
- Strategic thinker with enterprise mindset and strong business acumen
