The Growth Risk Specialist will manage fraud risk, align risk policies with business goals, develop risk frameworks, and analyze risks in the crypto ecosystem.

The fraud risk strategy team plays a pivotal role in safeguarding fraud and mitigating associated risks while minimizing impact on user experience and business operations. Through rigorous fraud analysis and comprehensive risk management strategies, they proactively detect and combat user scams, phishing attempts, and general fraudulent activities.
Your efforts on this team will help to drive proactive fraud risk mitigation efforts, protect user trust, and ensure sustainable business growth by maintaining a secure and resilient trading environment.
What You’ll Be DoingWhat We Look For In You
- Facilitate strategic communications with business partners to align risk policies with company objectives.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with business expansion.
- Develop, implement, and monitor risk management frameworks tailored to growth-related activities, such as user acquisition, listing campaigns, and market expansions.
- Analyze emerging risks in the crypto ecosystem and provide actionable insights to prevent potential threats.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including compliance, operations, and product to optimize risk strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of rich experience in risk control, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
- Proven track record in communicating complex strategies to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools .
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in crypto markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
