Job Opportunity: Product Marketing Manager at Kendago

Kendago is on a mission to redefine how consumers go from noticing a need to buying the right solution online. In an internet shaped by AI, fragmented attention, and constantly shifting platforms, we build, own, and scale top-performing brands and offers - both our own and those of leading partners - by combining proprietary technology, data-driven decision making, and creative excellence at performance scale.

We operate at consumer scale, reaching millions of people every day across paid channels, owned funnels, and digital touchpoints. In a world where creative trends, consumer behavior, and platform algorithms shift overnight, Kendago stays ahead of the curve.

We move fast, think deeply, and build with purpose. Our culture is rooted in entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration , along with shared wins, team dinners, and a whole lot of good food and laughter.

We’re a team of 85+ makers, doers, and boundary-breakers - product, data, R&D, growth, and creative talent who own the full stack of how consumer brands are built and scaled today. After 17 years in the game, every funnel, every test, every brand decision happens in-house , which means your work moves the needle directly and visibly. If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of consumer brand building, you belong here.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Growth Product Marketing Manager who’s genuinely curious about customer behavior and has a habit of digging into the “why” behind the numbers. Someone who sees a conversion drop and wants to understand what the user was thinking -then takes that insight and turns it into a sharper headline, a tighter funnel, or a bolder offer.

You’ll own the funnel strategy and optimization across our product verticals, leading the full cycle from spotting the opportunity to forming the hypothesis, running the test, and shaping the next move. You’ll work closely with Acquisition so the experience users get matches the intent that brought them in, and partner with Product, Data, R&D, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to bring ideas to life.

This role is for someone with a creative mindset and a bias for experimentation - comfortable challenging assumptions, moving fast, and learning in public.

Our office is located in Kiryat Ono.

This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Monetization Manager, Growth Product Manager, or in CVR optimization for B2C products.

• Hands-on experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention

• Direct experience building and optimizing funnels at scale

• Deep business understanding, enabling you to identify growth opportunities and assess their impact on company objectives

• A data-first mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into decisions

• Technical orientation - comfortable working with developers and tools like Mixpanel, JSON configs, or similar

• Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for funnel discovery and optimization

• Creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead the creation, optimization, and personalization of funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale

• Understand customer behavior and pain points, leveraging data, user research, and experimentation to uncover opportunities

• Generate hypotheses, design experiments, and run continuous A/B tests, using insights to drive iterative improvements

• Monitor and analyze key business metrics, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives

• Work closely with the Acquisition team to optimize user acquisition strategies and integrate them seamlessly into growth funnels and product experiences

• Challenge assumptions and rethink the status quo, pushing for bold, creative approaches to monetization and funnel architecture

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, R&D, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to align strategies and deliver measurable business impact
