The Growth Marketing Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage paid media campaigns, optimize performance, and drive customer acquisition across key markets.
We are seeking a skilled and driven Growth Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of scaling our digital marketing performance by managing cross-functional projects, coordinating campaign execution, and optimizing outcomes across paid media channels. Your data-driven mindset and collaborative skills will directly contribute to customer acquisition and engagement across our key markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Led cross-functional coordination across performance, content, data, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of growth marketing campaigns.
- Managed end-to-end planning and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels such as search, display, social, and programmatic.
- Collaborated with creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets including ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign collaterals.
- Maintained and analyzed detailed campaign performance reports to identify insights, trends, and areas for optimization.
- Provided strategic recommendations based on performance data to enhance digital engagement and customer acquisition.
- Oversaw budget tracking for paid media efforts, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with performance targets.
- Supported integrated marketing initiatives across regional markets with a strong focus on executional excellence and measurable outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in performance or growth marketing with a track record of managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace tools and marketing systems such as Salesforce, Looker, and Marketo.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using data to inform decisions.
- Experience running localized campaigns in Southeast Asian and South Asian markets (e.g., Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India) is preferred.
- Knowledge of tracking tools and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and SEMrush is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
