About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Operations Manager who has a passion for detail and data to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data, generating meaningful insights to aid recommendations and decisions to maximize our marketing performance.

What you will be doing

  • Collect, analyse and interpret data from various marketing channels. Develop and report on any insights and trends to assist leadership teams with decision making

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Gathering, extracting and manipulating raw data from multiple data sources to pool the data to transaction cross checking and generate reporting for daily , weekly & monthly performance tracking.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

  • Assist in forecasting marketing performance and budgeting by providing data-driven insights.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support the marketing team and other stakeholders.

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years working as a Data Analyst within the Marketing/Payment/Finance/Operations sectors.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles and online advertising

  • Ability to create insightful visualizations/graphs as required to support analysis/reporting

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to translate data into digestible insights to support strategic decision making.

  • Analytical thinker - seek to understand ‘why’
