We're looking for a BD Manager, PSA Hong Kong to join our team and drive 10x submission growth in the geo through hands-on business development and customer engagement. This role is first and foremost about winning partnerships, building relationships, and delivering an incredible experience to our customers — while expanding the Collectors footprint in this emerging market.
You'll report to the Head of International Expansion, APAC and work from our Hong Kong office.
There is 30%+ of heavy travel required for this role.
What You'll Do:Drive Business Development: Own the full BD pipeline for the region — identify, pursue, and close partnerships with major consumer brands, distributors, and key players to fuel submission growth
Build and Own Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and partners; build trust, grow accounts, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction through hands-on relationship management and exceptional service
Execute Sales & Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales and growth strategy for the APAC region, translating relationships and market presence into measurable submission growth
Engage the Market: Represent Collectors at industry events, brand activations, and community touchpoints to build the PSA presence and reputation in Hong Kong and the broader APAC market
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the successful delivery of launches and campaigns
Monitor Market Trends: Keep a pulse on competitor activity and market dynamics to identify new business development opportunities
Lead Scaled Growth: Create standard operating procedures for new processes and help build out our employee resource hub
Required
6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing account management, with a proven track record of building relationships that scale a business or territory
Established network of relationships with brands, distributors, or key players in the APAC region. Experience in collectibles, luxury retail, or sports marketing is a significant advantage
Natural relationship-builder and dealmaker - energized by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and nurturing long-term partnerships
Genuine interest in (or a deep willingness to master) the hobby. You understand the emotional and financial value of grading and can speak the language of collectors and investors
Ability to thrive in "10x" environments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot between high-level strategy and the tactical execution of a regional launch
Can work effectively across different time zones and cultures, acting as the local voice of the Hong Kong market while aligning with Global/US headquarters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Business level proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
