Job Description
This internship for the Growth Intern role within the Dentsu CXM team provides hands-on exposure to the operations of a fast-paced media agency, particularly within the digital advertising ecosystem. As a Growth Intern, you will support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes across various paid media platforms while gaining practical experience in digital media operations, sales support, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress across the sales funnel.
Support the preparation of sales materials, pitch decks, and client presentations to help drive new business and account growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams (media, strategy, and operations) to gather insights and develop solutions that support client acquisition and revenue growth.
Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify potential growth opportunities for the business.
Support administrative and coordination tasks related to sales pipeline management, client outreach, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately.
Proactive and analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Familiarity or interest in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Post graduate students will be prioritise for this role as we may extend the 6 Months internship period longer if needed by the business.
