Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin, OnTheList is a leading premium flash sales concept in Asia and the Middle-East. OnTheList works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunities. OnTheList is providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to 1.5 million OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,900 flash sales across all regions. Now operating in Shanghai, Beijing,  Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

About the roleWe’re looking for a creative, organised intern to support group communications and projects across OnTheList’s regions. You’ll work on company LinkedIn content, internal communications, and cross-regional projects involving teams, vendors, and external partners. Based in Singapore, you’ll work closely with the group lead, with opportunities to take ownership of your work while receiving guidance at key stages.
What you’ll work on
LinkedIn and content creation
  • Develop content for company LinkedIn posts, including people stories, regional updates, and group initiatives
  • Create visuals, edit short videos, and write captions
  • Coordinate with regional teams to gather information, assets, and approvals
  • Manage the content calendar and publish approved posts

Internal communications
  • Turn project updates and instructions into clear, engaging emails and EDMs
  • Design communications, incorporate feedback, and prepare final materials
  • Help keep teams informed about group initiatives and deadlines

Gifting and project coordination
  • Support regional marketing goodies orders, including vendor coordination, pricing, approvals, invoices, and deliveries
  • Liaise with regional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving
  • Support group projects such as uniform guidelines by gathering requirements, preparing materials, and coordinating next steps

Visual merchandising
  • Support the ongoing development of group-level visual merchandising guidelines
  • Work closely with the VM expert, group lead, and regional teams to review materials and gather operational input
  • Help turn recommendations into practical guidelines and rollout materials
  • Coordinate follow-ups and support implementation across markets

What we’re looking for
  • A student in Communications, Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • Strong English writing skills and an eye for clear, engaging content
  • Creative design and editing skills, particularly for social content and short videos
  • Strong organisation and attention to deadlines and follow-ups
  • Confidence communicating across teams and regions
  • Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn and refine your work
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Microsoft Loop is helpful. Mandarin is a plus.
