About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, meticulous and problem-solving Senior Accountant ready to assume a high-impact role in our growing team.What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for full set of accounts for multiple entities.
- Assist in managing and oversee day to day accounting activities including providing advice on journal entries, adjustments, intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements for assigned entities
- Prepare corporate tax information organiser for tax agent to complete tax computation and filing
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors on requests and queries for the annual audit
- Ensure compliance to company policies and develop/document new procedures and controls
- Assist any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA, with 3 - 5 years of experience in finance with a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices and compliance.
- Understanding of accounting concepts and strong working knowledge of international accounting standards (SFRS)
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills, and adapt to change
- Integrity: strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion (is a plus) or equivalent ERP system and excellent Excel skills
