The Graphic designer will act as a creative lead, design and develop innovative and captivating concepts, campaigns, packaging and collaterals among others to bring IFF fragrances to life.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Imagine and create concepts: from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, motion graphics, ads, social content and in-store displays.
Imagine and design packaging mockups and label graphics
Create visually appealing presentations and collaterals to support with customer interactions.
Design, source and produce promotional materials and gifts
Conceptualize and bring to life creative experiences for customer innovation days.
Conduct research, stay up to date and report on the latest trends (campaigns, packaging, colors etc).
Support the marketing team with projects related to brands, categories, trends and others.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premium Pro / After Effect; Mastery of other tools & concepts in video editing.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative and design work in the beauty or luxury industry.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in working cross-functionally.
A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles with a passion for the fragrance industry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in priorities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in all things art and design.
How Would You Stand Out?
A Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English language and any other languages.
