ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
Conceptualization and Design
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, website graphics, social media content, presentations, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Visual Execution:
- Create high-quality graphics and visual assets using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier and FIGMA).
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for various digital and print platforms.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs.
- Work within a project management system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, web development, and content teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and FIGMA
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design skills.
