We are a thriving global Loyalty as a Service company and experiencing rapid expansion. Join our dynamic finance team as one of its earliest leaders, contributing to the development of our financial planning strategies as we strive for hypergrowth. Our team spans 20 cities worldwide, with dual headquarters in Singapore and New York, totaling 250 team members.
The Team
Ascenda's Loyalty applications power the processing logic of converting transactions to points, and storing the points ledger. We do this across many different clients with various requirements on the way we consume their data feed and earn rules. We also handle high burst load from our clients, with the largest being above 1 million a day. Not forgetting our capabilities to run campaigns to encourage more loyalty within our clients’ customers!

This year, we are looking into expanding our loyalty suite to more financial instruments. We’re excited to make this happen together with you!

Who we are looking for:
  • Love building things. Passionate and get energised about using cutting-edge technology to build the next generation of amazing digital products.
  • A team player, willing to help other developers, share knowledge and care deeply about the product you build.
  • Enjoy meritocracy. Be judged by what you deliver and not what you speak
  • Have some experience in at least one backend language (Ruby preferred, but not obligatory).
  • Have some experience in building frontends, either in vanilla JS or using frameworks is a bonus
  • Possess good communication skills, are not afraid of suggesting changes and improvements.
  • A fast learner, always curious to learn new languages and libraries.
  • Minimum Degree Holder (Fresh Graduates)
