Your Impact

Join AirTrunk as our Global Travel Experience Manager and shape how our people travel across a fast-growing global business. You’ll lead the strategy behind a safe, seamless and cost-effective travel programme, giving employees a great experience wherever work takes them. From travel policy and technology to supplier partnerships and traveller safety, you’ll have the scope to make a visible impact.

This is a chance to take corporate travel beyond the usual playbook. Working with teams across Workplace Experience, Security, Procurement, Finance, Technology and People & Culture, you’ll make travel easier for employees while creating commercial value for AirTrunk. You’ll also help us expand into new and emerging markets, finding practical accommodation and transport solutions for locations that can be remote or operationally complex.

What You'll Do

Shape how AirTrunk travels around the world. You’ll set the strategy and standards for a global travel programme that supports a fast-growing business, making it easier for people to get where they need to be safely, smoothly and efficiently. You’ll have the scope to improve policies and processes, use data to guide decisions, and bring new ideas and technology into the way we travel.

Create a travel experience people can rely on. From booking to the journey home, you’ll make sure employees get timely, thoughtful support, including when plans change or challenges arise. You’ll partner with Executive Assistants to deliver exceptional executive travel, and work with Security and International SOS to provide practical advice, traveller support and clear responses when incidents occur.

Help AirTrunk get ready for what’s next. As we enter new markets and bring projects to life, you’ll find and build the travel solutions our teams need, from accommodation and transport to trusted local suppliers. You’ll assess destinations for accessibility, safety and available support, working closely with project teams and colleagues across Workplace Experience, Security and Procurement to make each location ready for business.

Bring commercial insight and global relationships to a high-impact role. You’ll manage AirTrunk’s travel budget and key supplier partnerships, negotiate agreements, and use reporting to spot savings and improve service. You’ll also shape the travel technology roadmap, exploring automation and AI to make booking simpler and give the business better insight into travel performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Lead global corporate travel programmes in multinational organisations, with the judgement to manage complexity across regions and fast-changing business needs.
  • Manage travel partners and platforms effectively, including TMCs such as Amex GBT and digital booking tools.
  • Negotiate strategic supplier agreements across airlines, hotels, serviced apartments, travel insurance and ground transport, delivering measurable savings and value.
  • Manage substantial travel budgets and governance, setting clear policies and using commercial insight to balance cost, compliance and service.
  • Protect travellers and respond to disruption, working closely with Security teams and risk providers such as International SOS.
  • Find practical travel and accommodation solutions across diverse locations, including emerging markets and remote operational environments.
  • Use travel data and technology to improve performance, leading analytics, automation and digital transformation that make the programme more efficient.
  • Build trust with stakeholders and deliver a strong traveller experience, ideally in infrastructure, construction, engineering, technology or other project-based environments, while balancing business needs, cost and safety.
