Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize diaries proactively
- Provide client phone coverage
- Handle contact management and digitize business cards
- Book and manage global travel arrangements
- Coordinate logistics for business trips
- Set up meetings and conference calls, both internally and externally
- Support staff activities, including joiners, leavers, and team events
- Oversee office management and physical file organization
- Process expenses and provide budget/finance support
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven reliability in diary management and travel planning
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
