  • Strengthen and expand the IFS Education Program, building structured partnerships with secondary and tertiary institutions—especially in Sri Lanka.
  • Develop and refine a global toolkit or templated partnership model for adaptation and adoption across IFS geographies.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with internal teams, local communities, nonprofits, academic institutions, government agencies, and social impact partners.
  • Act as a liaison to the IFS Foundation, aligning corporate volunteering and education initiatives with the Foundation’s mission and focus areas.

3. Measurement and Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and social impact.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve programs based on feedback and insights.

4. Communication and Advocacy

  • Serve as a global spokesperson and ambassador for IFS’s social impact efforts.
  • Lead internal communications and storytelling to promote program visibility and employee engagement.
  • Represent IFS at external forums, conferences, and stakeholder events to share learnings and elevate our profile.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Inspire and enable employees to participate in social impact activities, including volunteering, fundraising, and skills-based contributions.
  • Develop campaigns and initiatives that foster a culture of purpose-driven engagement across IFS teams worldwide.

6. Partnerships and Collaboration

  • Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with mission-aligned organizations, including grant-making bodies, NGOs, and academic institutions.
  • Leverage partner relationships to extend program reach, impact, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Communications, Sustainability, Learning & Development) to embed social impact into IFS culture and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Education, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CSR, social impact, program management, or nonprofit partnerships, ideally in a global or regional role.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and scaling social impact or community engagement programs.
  • Expertise working with or within the education sector and/or with volunteer mobilization is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and geographies—experience in international contexts is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in impact measurement tools and reporting.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, collaborative mindset, and strong organizational skills.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to shape and lead meaningful global programs that align with your values.
  • A dynamic, international working environment.
  • The chance to work closely with passionate teams and communities across the globe.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including opportunities for personal and professional growth.
