As a Global Security Solutions Specialist in the Asia-Pacific Global Security Operations Center, you play a key role in enabling operational resilience and supporting crisis management. You will work closely with our security teams to ensure the safety of our people and assets, leveraging advanced technology and data platforms. You help us stay ahead of emerging risks and drive continuous improvement in our security operations. Join us to make a difference in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Job responsibilities:
  • GSOC Operational Mastery & Crisis Management: Support firmwide crisis management teams by drafting security incident reports, triaging risks, and ensuring business continuity, including travel security operations and incident assistance for international travelers.
  • Data, Geospatial & Security Intelligence: Maintain and enhance dashboards, geospatial layers, and intelligence data to support operational decision-making, ensuring data quality and accessibility for reporting, analytics, and situational awareness.
  • GSOC Technology Oversight & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of APAC GSOC systems and tools, including implementation, integration, stabilization, and enhancement, ensuring optimal deployment and performance of critical tools and systems such as ArcGIS/geospatial platforms and operational resiliency hardware solutions.
  • Training, Upskilling & Enablement: Mentor and train GSOC team members on platforms, processes, and operational best practices, maintaining documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge management.
  • Project Management & Technical Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and execute small to medium-scale GSOC projects, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables, and integrating solutions into stakeholder use-cases through technical demonstrations.
  • Subject-Matter Awareness & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in security operations, evaluating new solutions to strengthen GSOC capabilities.
  • Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Serve as liaison between GSOC operations, technology teams, vendors, and partner teams, coordinating with other regional GSOCs and business resiliency managers for effective crisis management and operational support.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Geospatial Information Systems, Geomatics, Geography, Database Management, System Architecture, Project Management, or Security Studies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Geographical Information Systems, geomatics, data management on enterprise platforms, system analysis or architecture, corporate security operations, security intelligence, emergency response, incident or crisis management, or technological integration
  • Strong knowledge and interest in security and geo-political developments across Asia-Pacific
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently producing accurate work and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Geospatial Technologies, Geomatics, System and Data Architecture, ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, Engineering, Critical Infrastructure, Project and Process Management, Python, JavaScript, or Project Management (e.g., PMP). Professional certifications such as CPP, CISM, or intelligence analysis and operational resilience
  • Experience with enterprise crisis communications platforms and operational resiliency hardware solutions (e.g., satellite networks, data redundancy systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members on technical platforms and operational best practices
  • Experience in technical demonstrations and solution integration for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Published work or recognized expertise in APAC geo-political risk analysis
  • Experience working in a global or regional security operations center
