Join JPMorgan Chase's dynamic and fast-paced environment as Regional Operations Manager.
As a Regional Operations Manager - Vice President within Global Real Estate, you provide property management operational analytics and program support, manage the vendor management program, resiliency and records management program administration. In this role, you are expected to be the coordination point and program manager for global systems and tools roll-out. You will be reporting to the APAC Region GRE Head.
Job responsibilities:
- Centralized administration for policies, procedures and standards and other regional program documentations
- Governance program management and analytics across key property management initiatives and engagements- performance metrics and analysis, compliance to agreed KPIs, SLAs and global/regional reporting
- Property management run projects program management (non D&C managed projects)
- Manage the GRE records management policy in close coordination with location leads and provide guidance as needed with support from compliance and control functions
- Manage the VMO function for property management and D&C vendors to ensure a rationalized vendor list and a streamlined process in line with policy
- Prepare regular reporting and analytics for key property management and D&C vendors to ensure compliance with key contract deliverables
- Manage the TPO and TPI function
- Administration of resiliency program, ensuring a consistent template, periodic review and monitoring. Support the development of resiliency plans by the location and functional leads
- Coordination point with regional LOB resiliency head
- Work with the regional management to develop an effective operational and administration platform across the regional functions
- Central coordination point for systems roll-out of global systems with focus on non-property management and D&C systems
- Administration of training requirements in coordination with regional leadership, HR and global operations team
- Management of global operations reporting, rationalization of reporting requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or real estate, engineering related fields
- 10 years experience working in real estate related functions in multinational companies on the corporate or service sector
- Effective management, communication, collaboration, program management and analytics skills
- Proactive and driven
