Mindy Support is looking for a Talent Operations Manager to build and scale the company’s global data-sourcing ecosystem.
The primary focus of this role is the launch and management of a strategic crowdsourcing and data collection initiative, alongside end-to-end ownership of all talent and data-sourcing channels. These channels will include global gig contributors, dedicated data collection teams, subcontractors, recruitment partners, agencies, and external data providers globally.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can design the operating model, build the sourcing infrastructure, launch new channels quickly, and create the systems required to deliver large-scale data projects consistently across multiple geographies.
The position will work closely with the CEO, Commercial Director, operations leadership, and recruitment.
The underlying mandate is to strengthen delivery capacity fast, improve operational control, and create a scalable sourcing model that supports the next stage of the company's growth.
Lead the launch of data collection as a dedicated strategic service line.
Define the operational model, sourcing structure, resourcing approach, recruitment requirements, quality standards, and delivery processes for data collection service
Build repeatable playbooks and best practices for new data collection projects, markets, languages, and contributor profiles.
Translate commercial demand into practical sourcing and workforce plans
Ensure that new large-scale projects can be staffed, launched, and scaled quickly without compromising quality or control.
Oversee and continuously improve all channels used to source talent, contributors, and data, including:
Global crowdsourced gig talent
Direct recruitment
Staffing agencies and subcontractors
Specialist data providers
Job boards, community channels, and referral networks
Other scalable on-demand talent channels
Scale Mindy Support’s crowdsourcing delivery model across new geographies, talent pools, languages, and service lines.
Build and maintain a large, engaged community of active contributors.
Establish contributor segmentation, qualification, onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement processes.
Design operating standards for contributor communication, support, performance management, and quality control.
Improve the reliability and predictability of crowd-based delivery
Coach and guide internal recruitment and talent operations teams.
The role is expected to work closely with the Head of Recruitment, improve sourcing strategies and ramp-up execution, and provide guidance to the recruitment function.
Introduce automation across sourcing, recruitment, contributor onboarding, qualification, communication, scheduling, activation, and reporting.
Reduce manual coordination in large-scale ramp-ups.
Select or implement the systems required to manage a distributed global contributor base.
Create standardized workflows that make project launches faster and more predictable.
Build a practical performance-management system covering:
Sourcing funnel performance
Conversion rates
Cost per qualified contributor
Cost per hire
Channel effectiveness
Time to source
Time to ramp
Contributor quality
Contributor utilization
Retention and reactivation
Candidate and contributor NPS
Partner performance

Establish and continuously improve internal processes related to the field
Within the first 1-3 months, you will be expected to deliver:

We are looking for a senior operator who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution:
5+ years of relevant experience within strategic recruitment/delivery/program management functions
Proven experience in talent operations, workforce operations, crowdsourcing, recruitment operations, data collection, outsourcing, BPO, gig platforms, or distributed workforce management
Experience launching or scaling high-volume, multi-country talent or contributor programs
Strong understanding of crowdsourced delivery models and gig workforce operations
Experience managing multiple sourcing channels, including direct recruitment, agencies, subcontractors, communities, and external providers
A track record of building operational models, processes, controls, and performance systems from the ground up
Experience with rapid project ramp-ups and fluctuating workforce demand
Strong analytical capability and confidence working with funnel, capacity, cost, quality, and productivity metrics
Strong partner-management and commercial negotiation skills
A high level of ownership, energy, pragmatism, and execution discipline
Open and creative mindset, proficiency with modern AI tools
Experience in AI data services, data annotation, data collection, content moderation, localization, BPO, customer support outsourcing, or other distributed service environments would be a strong advantage.
