Job Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on the IPO process, including regulatory requirements, market conditions, and strategic considerations.
- Conducting thorough due diligence on the company seeking to go public, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for the IPO, such as the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
- Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO shares.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing the execution of the IPO, including coordinating with various stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related role.
- Close attention to detail and ability to deliver output of a very high standard
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and written skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to deliver quality under pressure
- Strong emphasis on good partnership, and a control-conscious team-working environment
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiation, with a strong desire to learn the business and go the extra mile
- Strong analytical bend of mind and expert handling of MS Office suite products
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Awareness of investment banking solutions, regulatory backdrop, and services is a plus
