Working as part of the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team on projects servicing clients within Consumer, Retail and Healthcare, Diversified Industrials, Financial Institutions Group, Energy, Real Estate and Technology, Media, and Telecom.
Job responsibilities:
The successful applicant is likely to have strong experience in ECM products origination and execution.

• Acting as an originator and marketer of ECM products / solutions to a variety of clients
• Good ECM products knowledge with strong insights into the capital markets
• Strong execution, communication, and leadership capabilities in ECM transactions
• Building a strong client network with both the issuer and the investor clients
• Managing and leading a team of bankers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 8 years prior working experience in an ECM role or relevant investment banking role
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics
• Prior team leadership experience
• Understands ECM transactions cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented.
• Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and driven, and able to work independently.
