Job Responsibilities :

As a Global Esports Marketing Specialist, you will drive global marketing campaigns across Team Razer, esports gear, product launches, partner activations, and always-on sustain marketing programs. This role is for a strong marketer who understands how campaigns are built end to end, from strategy and briefs through execution and post-campaign learning. You will work closely with internal teams, regional marketers, product teams, agencies, esports partners, pro players, and creators to bring Razer’s esports marketing to life globally.
The ideal candidate pairs strong marketing judgment and creative instincts with a genuine passion for competitive play and the culture around it.

Global Esports Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute global esports marketing campaigns across product launches, partner moments, tournaments, and always-on sustain programs.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear briefs, creative direction, asset requirements, timelines, and channel plans.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and business unit teams to align esports campaigns with broader business goals.
  • Support launch and sustain marketing for Razer esports products, ensuring the right messaging, assets, partners, and moments are ready for market.

Project Management, Execution & Collaboration

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, asset development, and campaign execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Keep projects moving by driving follow-ups, tracking action items, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders so global esports initiatives land on time, on brand, and at a high standard.
  • Support operational needs such as vendor onboarding, purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and internal documentation.
  • Contribute to a team culture built on strong project management, marketing fundamentals, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Esports Partners, Players & Community

  • Support relationships and co-marketing with esports teams, players, creators, agencies, and tournament partners to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Help develop authentic content and activations that connect Razer products with esports culture.
  • Coordinate product seeding and partner support to ensure pro players and teams have access to the latest Razer gear.
  • Represent Razer at esports events when needed, supporting activations, content capture, partner management, and community engagement.
  • Stay close to esports culture, major titles, teams, tournaments, players, and community conversations.

Performance, Insights & Competitive Tracking

  • Track campaign performance across key channels — product adoption, partner performance, audience engagement, content results, and overall campaign impact — and summarize learnings for future planning.
  • Support competitive benchmarking across esports brands, hardware competitors, teams, tournaments, and market activity.
  • Turn insights into practical recommendations that improve future campaigns and activations.

AI-Enabled Ways of Working

  • Use AI tools to accelerate day-to-day marketing work — player and team outreach, campaign briefs, content drafts, localization, research, and reporting.
  • Identify and pilot AI-driven improvements to esports marketing workflows and share repeatable practices with the wider marketing team.
  • Apply AI outputs with sound judgment, upholding brand voice, factual accuracy, and confidentiality standards.

Pre-Requisites :Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally across areas such as campaigns, product marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social, influencer, gaming, esports, or consumer tech.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including positioning, campaign planning, briefs, creative development, asset pipelines, channel strategy, launch execution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, details, approvals, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to evaluate whether content, messaging, and assets are clear, compelling, and on brand.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams, agencies, partners, creators, and talent.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, live events, and tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign results, identify learnings, and recommend improvements.
  • Comfortable with travel for esports events, partner activations, and community moments when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Genuine passion for esports and gaming, with familiarity across major games, teams, players, tournaments, and competitive communities.
  • Prior experience in the esports or gaming industry.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools in a marketing context, with clear judgment about where AI can accelerate the work and where human review is required.
