We are looking for CLEAR Global Director role, based in Singapore. This is an important leadership role in the CLEAR Global team responsible for leading the business strategy, global innovation projects, global engagement and creating multi-year activity plan for the key markets.
He/She will collaborate effectively with Global brand team in China, Country leads & BU GMs, Cross functional teams (R&D, CMI, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.), agencies and external partners to ensure the brand innovation program is landing with scale & impact.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the innovation strategy & the development of a strong funnel program for a 3-5 multi-year innovation and activity plan.

  • Craft strong mixes & communication that continuously elevate the expertise and premium equity of the brand and ensure their landing with impact in key market.

  • Translate key market and consumer trends into winning & unique innovation projects and mixes, driving both science and desire across all the elements of the mix.

  • Boost engagement plans with a “community first” mindset, able to embed the brand into culture and create fame/ build brand love

  • Lead the development of the overall brand strategy and financial growth model.

  • Responsible for docking top markets of the business to deliver competitive growth, specifically in charge of driving the growth agenda for the respective countries in collaboration with the BU GMs and Demand Creation teams in the top 5-6 countries.

Key Skills Relevant Experience
MUST HAVE:

  • At least 10 years’ experience with brand development

  • Passion for Beauty

  • Strong transformational leadership and strategic thinking and influencing

  • Strong passion for consumer understanding and trends hacker

  • Strong cross functional leadership

  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

  • Excellent Brand Crafting experience

  • Digital knowledge and experience

  • Strong team player and ability to build a strong culture

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Excellent communicator

  • Beauty or Personal Care experience

  • Global or regional Strategy and Innovation management

  • Leading large scale multi-functional teams and external partners

  • Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders

  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
