What you'll do:

The region represents a high growth opportunity for TTD and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by securing and scaling strategic data partnerships, particularly with leading SEA Retailers and non-traditional data providers (Telco, Broadcasters, FinTech)

You will design and execute a growth strategy that drives data adoption and delivers outcomes for leading brands and agencies by partnering closely with commercial leadership and cross functional teams.

This role reports to the GM, Data Partnerships APAC and is based in our Singapore office, frequent travel to neighboring countries in South East Asia will be required.

  • Lead a high-performing team focused on retail data solutions and partnerships
  • Identify, pursue and close partnership opportunities and build C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners
  • Represent Data Partnerships as a core part of the SEA leadership team and partner with commercial teams to evangelize, educate and grow the use of partner offerings
  • Provide strategic leadership to drive adoption of TTD’s data marketplace offerings, across retail, audience, identity and measurement solutions
  • Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (requests, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.)
  • Drive optimal relationship structure for partnerships in alignment with Product, Legal, Finance, and cross functional stakeholders 
  • Maintain regular communications with internal and external stakeholders on partnership status and growth opportunities
  • Participate in P.R opportunities and represent TTD at industry events
  • Manage relationships with key industry bodies on data related priorities e.g. IAB SEA

Who you are: 

  • Min 10 years in commercial data, programmatic or media industries
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience securing partnerships and scaling new businesses
  • Digital media expertise required; Familiarity with the adtech landscape, Retailers/RMN’s highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth in SEA (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines preferred)
  • Influence individuals at the executive level and drive strategic business transformations
  • A well-respected thought leader within the industry, able to command the stage at Industry events and author original content for relevant publications
  • Adept at both developing strategies and operating day-to-day within cross-functional teams
  • Manage initiatives in complex matrixed environments and make actionable decisions in the absence of perfect information
  • Experience with contracts and vendor negotiations
  • Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities 
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence and integrity and build deep consultative partnerships with your business stakeholders
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with internal (Legal, Technical, Finance, Product) and external stakeholders; strong teamwork is critical
  • Track record of helping direct reports grow their capabilities, responsibilities and careers
