Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers
  • To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
  • To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
  • Handle customer’s objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

  • Willing to learn and apply new techniques to improve skillsets
  • Team players who enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team dynamic
  • Flexibility with extended working hours
  • CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 (preferred but not a must)
  • Minimum 3 GCE O level is required
