About The Job

To manage the day-to-day accounting operations within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

Job Description

  • Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the accounts within area of responsibility (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger).

  • Maintaining accurate accounting within area of responsibility to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules.

  • Producing accounting reports and present results.

  • Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (e.g. Finance Shared Service Center personnel or personnel within Local Finance).

  • Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.

  • This is a 1-year contract role.

What You Know

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

  • At least 3 - 5 years’ working experience in a relevant field.

  • Good communication skills, high Integrity, professionalism and organized with attention to details

  • Good knowledge of ERP System.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
