Responsibilities

  • Test and own the quality of game features, systems, and levels across iOS and Android, ensuring functionality, stability, and performance meet a high player-facing quality bar.
  • Write clear, detailed, and actionable bug reports, including reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence, with an emphasis on player impact and severity.
  • Validate level logic, win/lose conditions, and progression rules, identifying edge cases, balance risks, and potential player friction.
  • Ensure consistency in level quality, gameplay rules, and presentation across all game content, and proactively flag quality or design inconsistencies.
  • Partner closely with Game Designers to challenge assumptions, clarify feature intent, and align on expected player behaviour and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to drive effective issue prioritisation, verify fixes, and assess release readiness.
  • Maintain and evolve QA documentation, test cases, and checklists, continuously improving testing efficiency and coverage as the game scales.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and a critical thinker, with the ability to identify subtle issues, edge cases, and underlying causes.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong passion for casual games.
