FX Operations Support – APAC Region

Join our dynamic global team and play a meaningful role in supporting trading operations across the APAC region. As a FX Operations Support, you’ll provide technical and functional assistance for our trading application and infrastructure, collaborating with investment banks, internal teams, and product managers to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing outstanding technical and functional support via phone and email.

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure swift resolution.

-Accurately document inquiries, investigation progress, and resolutions in Salesforce CRM.

-Guide clients through system functionality and workflows, ensuring they increase platform capabilities.

-Identify and raise critical issues with potential P/L or franchise risk.

-Maintain a solid understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and trading workflows.

-Supply to knowledge management by documenting solutions and sharing insights with the team.

Required Experience & Qualifications

-Previous experience in a high-pressure customer support environment, preferably within Investment Banking or Asset Management.

-Strong familiarity with full trade lifecycle, FIX, and SWIFT protocols.

-Demonstrable ability to collaborate with development teams, product support, and third-party providers.

-Sophisticated incident management, analytical troubleshooting, and ticket resolution expertise.

-A logical thinker with a problem-solving approach, self-motivation, and a strong team-oriented approach.

-High-level knowledge of financial markets and trading mechanics.
