About The Team
Funding Planning and controlling Team is under Funding team, focusing on planning and controlling on funding both of retail and institution lenders to fulfill demand lending from borrowers and this team also work closely with cross functional team and management to align with corporate goals.
Job Descriptions:
- Controlling distribution disbursement for all funding source (local, foreign and RnP)
- Monitoring funding disbursement on daily basis to optimize loan absorption on each institution with funding team, Operation team, and Finance
- Do budgeting for funding allocation for yearly and rolling forecast on monthly basis work with internal funding team, Finance and Corfin
- Managing blended cost of fund
- Monitor fund expense budgets, allocations and accruals
- Controlling and monitoring productivity of channel RM and involve to increase productivity
- Involve in driving performance sales RM and building plan for funding business
- Building Incentive scheme for RM and also other incentive / program to increase # of acquisition and/or volume disburse
- Formulating various business insights through the use of analytics-driven methodology collaborate with portfolio management analyst or Data Science team to identify business opportunities and improve business performances
- Maintain close working relationships with different functional teams and external parties.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in relevant role as credit business planning in financial services
- Strong in quantitative and analytical skill and advance level in Excel or Spreadsheet
- Have ability to manage models/simulations for problem solving, business forecasting, and data analysis
- Have a strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast paced business environment
- Strong individual contributor and highly skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Familiar with google products (Google sheet, drive, docs, slides)
