Support fund management growth for logistics investments in Vietnam and Singapore by performing advanced financial modeling, acquisition and disposition analysis, due diligence coordination, budgeting and forecasting, investor and board reporting, and general fund operations support.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for supporting the growth of the ESR’s fund management business with a primary focus on logistics investments in Vietnam and Singapore markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Investment and Disposition: Support all direct acquisition and divestment activities from the funds/ventures through rigorous financial modeling analysis, coordinating due diligence, and supporting deal structuring with consideration for legal and tax implications among others
- Technical Excellence: Take ownership and accountability for all financial modeling and analysis including but not limited to acquisition and divestment analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Strategic Reporting and Investor Relations: Liaise with investors on operation and fund matters. Assist in preparation of investor, board and management updates on regular basis and other fund related matters as required
- Fund Operations: Support fund-level decision making through budgeting, forecasting and sensitivity analysis
Requirements
Essential
- Relevant degree in Business, Real Estate, Accountancy or Economics
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience within Real Estate Private Equity or Fund Management
- Exposure to the logistics/industrial sector is an advantage
- Advanced financial modelling skills
