The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities:
In charge to prepare daily valuation report for multiple funds
Responsible in handling annual financial report and tax return
Perform daily activities in fully adherence of internal operating procedure and in fully awareness of process and control.
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including auditor & client
Manage to achieve zero audit findings in Fund Services
Your skills and experience:
Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree major in Accounting
Experience in fund administration/ fund accounting.
Strong in accounting knowledge with high level of accuracy and have good knowledge in Capital Market and Indonesia tax regulation.
Good analytical, computer literacy and be able to willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Good English skill both verbal and written
