Krypton Fund Services is a global fund administrator company seeking individuals that are flexible, professionally minded, and committed. We provide a full suite of services to the global alternative investment community through technical expertise and a high-touch service model. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be responsible for timely service delivery to clients and management of a team.

The role will include all facets of fund administration on a variety of hedge funds, managing a group of fund accountants, senior fund accountants while working with your manager.

Responsibilities

  • Daily administration of services in accordance with the administration agreement of a client
  • Prepare, review and sign-off of NAV calculation, transfer agency, financial statement and other reports
  • Preparing, review and authorisation of wire payments
  • Planning and scheduling of BAU workflows for all client deliverables within the team
  • Monitoring of deliverables to ensure strict adherence to agreed timelines
  • Ensure compliance with Krypton's policies, procedures and best practices, along with any client specific arrangements
  • Managing year-end processes with respect to audit and regulatory timelines
  • Work closely with the management team to identify and implement trainings for team members
  • Act as point on new client onboarding
  • Drive continuous improvement and seeking efficiencies while adhering with policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other professional parties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking or finance related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration or similar role, with at least 1 year of managing/supervisory role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework;
  • Be enthusiastic and eager to learn, self-starter;
  • Strong work ethic with positive attitude
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skill
