The Functional Business Analyst will be involved in re-piping source data to existing regulatory reporting systems. This role requires understanding regulatory frameworks, data mapping, facilitating discussions between users and tech teams, and conducting detailed data analysis. Additionally, the analyst will manage performance reporting and governance meetings.
Project 1: Re-pipe of source data to existing regulatory reporting system
Skills & experience:
- Understand the regulatory reporting framework (eg MAS, BNM, BOT) and internal management reporting
- Experience in data mapping of source systems to target systems
- Able to drive functional discussion with users and tech teams
- Able to work with tech teams on design and solution
- Able to perform deep dive data analysis
- Able to provide summary view of the deep dive data analysis
- Able to work in a dynamic fast pace environment
- Some project management skills
- Able to chair PWG, PWC and PSC governance meeting
- Reporting to provide transparency of key performance indicators via both financial scorecards and standardized reporting specific to product creation
