Job Description:
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for Global Soft Token solutions.
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of digital token capabilities across banking channels (Mobile, Internet, ATM).
- Strong understanding of digital authentication, soft token mechanisms (e.g., TOTP, push notification), and secure customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience in Channel Banking systems (Retail/Corporate), preferably with prior implementation of digital tokens.
