The Full Stack Developer will design and maintain GenAI-powered web applications, using technologies like Java, Python, and ReactJS, while ensuring optimized APIs and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable GenAI-powered web applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Python and ReactJS.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with GenAI models and AI-powered backend services.
- Build intuitive, responsive front-end features using ReactJS, React Native, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, AI recommenders) into digital products, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product owners, and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure secure and scalable deployment of applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proficient in Java/Python and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with ReactJS for front-end development, building conversational UIs and chat interfaces. React Native experience is a plus.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with AI/GenAI services.
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and frameworks (e.g., integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-powered recommenders).
- Experience developing microservices using Spring Boot.
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Good to Have
- Experience with Python or Node.js for AI/ML integration.
- Familiarity with vector databases or AI model orchestration frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tool stack (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Understanding of personalization, recommendation systems, or conversational AI.
