About the role
We seek an entrepreneurial and highly proactive Frontend (Web) Engineer to take ownership of the creation, development, and optimization of our AI Web Platform. This pivotal role provides a rare opportunity to join and build the founding team at our new Singapore office and closely collaborate with our team in Shenzhen. In this role, you will participate in the iterative development of AI for Business scenarios. You will apply new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
What you will do
Responsible for core technology and product development of the Plaud AI Web platform.
Participate in the discussion and iterative development of audio + AI-related business scenarios, and propose optimization suggestions and solutions to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
Apply new technologies and innovative approaches to continuously improve the functionality and performance of the frontend framework, aiming to build a world-class frontend product.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Web frontend development.
Proficient in Vue, familiar with both Web and H5 application development, and well-versed in basic HTTP principles.
Experience in backend development, familiar with Node.js or other backend languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.).
Strong sensitivity to user experience and product performance, with solid skills in implementing browser/mobile UI interactions.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, highly self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to push boundaries and achieve breakthroughs.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with foundational concepts in AI and large language models, with relevant project experience.
Experience in browser-based audio and video technologies (e.g., FFmpeg, WebRTC, WebAudio).
