Office Operations works closely with leadership and staff to ensure that Datadog scales smoothly and continues to be a fantastic place to work. What You’ll Do: 

• Be the face of Datadog by welcoming visitors and supporting employees in the office.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor, candidate, and employee has a positive experience.
• Manage guest check-ins through internal systems and building security.
• Oversee incoming mail and packages.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Keep the reception and mailroom areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Partner with the OfficeOps team to research and source materials for office events.
• Support internal events—both ad hoc and recurring.
• Serve as the main point of contact with building security to manage and coordinate badging requests.
• Issue badges for new hires and visitors.
• Handle certificate of insurance (COI) needs with vendors.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and source new partners as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service for all employee requests.

• You have 1–3 years of office or administrative experience and communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing.
• You’re people-focused and professional, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• You build strong relationships and help create a welcoming, collaborative space.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and manage your time well.
• You take initiative and enjoy finding ways to improve how things work.
• You stay calm under pressure and bring structure to fast-moving situations.
• You’re creative and resourceful, with solid spreadsheet skills and a passion for team culture.
• You’re available for scheduled after-hours events each month.
• You have good verbal and written communications skills in English and Korean
