Job Summary:

Supports the Regional Head of Finance. Delivers meaningful, accurate and timely management reporting & analysis on business performance. Point of contact for question on the forecasting process, management reporting and business analysis.

Job Description

Monthly reporting

Monthly reporting and analyses of regional results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyse result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization). Further improve monthly reporting process and analytical insights through PowerBI.

Forecasting

Improving the Forecasting process together with Regional Business Line Controllers and Head of Finance

Special Projects

Support the Business Line Director or Regional Head of Finance in various special projects, eg Fugro Standard Business Process

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Master or Degree in Finance

  • Minimum 5 years or more with similar working experience.

  • Good organizational and analytical skills, able to digest complex information, see trends, able to look outside-in and with helicopter view, think in scenarios and analysis through data

  • Strong drive to realize results and continuous improvement.

  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects, takes ownership with a pro-active and critical mindset
