What You Will Do
  • Responsible for preparation of financial & management reporting and variance analysis, timely submission of financial statements and periodic management reports. Analyse financial results to identify significant trends and variances.

  • Ensure compliance to revenue accounting i.e. revenue recognition.

  • Conduct analysis on shop performance including development of margin dashboard by work scope, customers etc.

  • Follow up on warrant claims on a timely manner which include liaising with various point of contact.

  • Responsible for fixed assets management.

  • Assist in management controls and audit function - review/perform SOX testing, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, support various internal and external audits.

  • Assist in other finance support functions including budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

  • Lead/support finance and continuous improvement projects on a need basis.

  • Provide business partnering with all departments to ensure that information provided is timely and accurate to support decision making.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor of Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of relevant financial analysis experience.

  • Good knowledge of revenue accounting or margin analysis.

  • Good team player equipped with a curious mind, positive attitude and pleasant personality.

  • Meticulous, with good analytical & problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to participate actively in company-wide projects.

  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Good knowledge of GAAP & IFRS requirements is preferred.

  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred.

  • General interests in learning about Aerospace and engine MRO operations.
